Kween Patty’s is a Caribbean food concept founded by three friends— popular DJ Silent Addy, Chef Daniel Lai, and Miami-Dade Fire Chief Derrick Foster—built around one simple passion: authentic Jamaican patties. The team brought their vision to life in 2020 with the launch of a vibrant food truck in Wynwood’s Wynwood Arts District. Since opening, demand from consumers has been overwhelming, earning Kween Patty’s a loyal and growing following.
