Lisbeth Mora
Lisbeth Mora – Chef, Casadonna
In 2020 Chef Lisbeth joined Groot Hospitality working in the heart of the Design District. Through 2024 she worked her way through the kitchen first being promoted to Sous Chef in 2021 and then Head Chef in 2024. During this time Chef Lisbeth was an emerging leader of Groot’s growing presence throughout Miami and South Florida, leading the charge for many offsite special events such as Formula1 Miami and Gulfstream Park’s Pegasus World Cup.
In 2025 Chef Lisbeth joined the Casadonna culinary team at the historic Miami Women’s Club. Since joining the team she has continued to show her leadership and culinary skills. She has worked closely with the corporate culinary team to help elevate the cuisine and service, bringing her unique sense of taste and flavor to every dish.
