Stephany Jordan
Born in Bolivia and raised in the United States, Stephany Jordan discovered her passion for food early in life. She trained at Johnson & Wales University in Miami and launched her career at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill under Chef Timon Balloo, building a strong foundation in technique and flavor-driven cuisine.
Her transition into pastry began at Nobu Miami, where she spent six years rising from pastry cook to sous chef. She went on to hold pastry leadership roles at Uchi and Carbone before becoming Executive Pastry Chef to open Gekko with Groot Hospitality. Stephany later collaborated with world-renowned pastry chef Antonio Bachour, further refining her creative vision.
Most recently, she opened The Moore alongside two-time Michelin-starred Chef Joe Anthony, overseeing pastry operations for a four floor, multi-concept property that included a Michelin Key-awarded boutique hotel.
Today, Stephany serves as General Manager at Banana Daddy, bringing together her culinary expertise, operational leadership, and genuine love for hospitality.
