Robert Irvine, the globally recognized chef and host of Restaurant: Impossible, brings bold, mission-driven cooking and precision execution to every plate.
Amanda Freitag, celebrated Chopped judge, seasoned restaurateur, and beloved culinary mentor, is known for infusing elevated comfort with layers of worldly flavor.
Robert Swartz, acclaimed for his innovative approach to modern coastal cuisine, merges creativity with refined technique, delivering dishes that balance elegance, boldness, and coastal inspiration.
As they unite in Yaya’s beautifully designed dining room — known for its breezy sophistication and thoughtful service — guests will embark on a multi-course journey highlighting seafood-forward creations, top-tier ingredients, and artful presentation inspired by the coastlines that shaped each chef’s style.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
