Cristian Leonardo Ramirez originally from Argentina and his family of European descent landed in Palmetto Bay to have the big honor to continue with the heritage of French Bistro, nowadays a local women owned restaurant by his wife, Melina Traituros that has been open for more than 18 years.
Cristian gave it his personal touch highlighting the best of Argentinian & French cuisine by offering fresh & simple dishes, making you feel on the countryside in La Pampa or Provence. Offering from artisanal empanadas, escargot or crepes to Flank Steak al Malbec, Asado, Chicken Hunter, French Snapper and homemade desserts.
Cristian comes from a gastronomic family; He grew up between pots and pans learning from his father while he managed several restaurants in Buenos Aires.
After the pandemic, He took his own journey to his passion of grill, cook and controls down to the smallest detail in each dish like a unique and unrepeatable artwork.
