Chef Daven G, also known as One Stop Chop, is a self-taught home cook, veteran, and devoted dad. Originally from Queens, New York, Dave learned most of his cooking skills by spending countless hours shadowing his great-grandmother in the kitchen. Inspired by her passionate love of food, Dave took to social media to share his approachable comfort recipes, and since then has garnered over 6.5M followers across platforms.
Known for his engaging personality and distinctive radio announcer voice, Dave also loves to include his son, Cameron, in his content – affectionately known as “Cam the Sous Chef” by his audience. Above all else, family is most important to Dave, and it isn’t unusual to find his parents and siblings participating in his infamous live sessions and engaging with his social media “family” as well.
