Chef Muhammed Ince is Executive Pastry Chef for Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the iconic luxury resort destination situated on 20 oceanfront acres in the heart of Miami Beach. With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Ince oversees all aspects of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s pastry shop, supporting the resort’s banquets and restaurant portfolio, including the exquisite handmade patisserie Chez Bon Bon.
Prior to joining Fontainebleau Miami Beach in January 2024, Chef Ince served as Executive Pastry Chef of Mandarin Oriental Miami. He held similar positions at Dubai’s Mandarin Oriental Jumeira and the five-star Madinat Jumeirah, where he was awarded the title of “Best Young Pastry Chef” by Salon International de l\’Alimentation (SIAL) Middle East.
Chef Ince honed his craft at notable establishments throughout Turkey including Raffles Istanbul and JW Marriott Hotel Ankara.
Chef Ince holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from Anadolu University in Turkey.
