Kristina Lavallee is the Founder and CEO of The Cake Girl®, a nationally recognized custom cake and cupcake brand known for refined edible artistry and elevated dessert experiences. Celebrated for her signature designs and intricate 3D creations, Kristina approaches cake as both craft and storytelling—blending technical skill with emotion and visual impact.
Her work has drawn a high-profile clientele including Tom Brady, Marcus Lemonis, Daymond John, Cardi B, Jesse Cole, Jason Momoa, Glenn Beck, and more. What began as a single food truck has evolved into a thriving culinary brand with a flagship storefront, national acclaim, and a growing franchise footprint.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Kristina holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and Restaurant & Food Service Management. She has been featured on The Today Show, Access Daily, Food Network, Telemundo Hoy Día, TMZ, Entrepreneur Magazine, People, and other major media outlets.
Beyond her culinary work, Kristina is deeply committed to community service. Through her “Random Acts of Sweetness” initiative, she surprises first responders, educators, and everyday heroes with handcrafted treats. She also serves as an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base and is a recipient of the U.S. Department of Defense Patriot Award for her support of military families.
