Raised in Romagna, a region deeply rooted in the culture of hospitality and conviviality, Davide Rosselli developed from an early age a vision of cuisine as a cultural expression before a gastronomic one. For him, the dining table represents a place of connection, memory, and identity.
His professional training was shaped within luxury hotel environments and fine dining restaurants, where he collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs, refining a culinary style that blends Italian tradition, technical precision, and a strong respect for high-quality ingredients.
A trip to Miami more than eighteen years ago marked the beginning of an international journey that has now brought him back to the United States. Today, alongside his friend Mattia Cicognani, founder of 84 Magic Hospitality, Rosselli contributes to the development of contemporary dining concepts built around an essential and identity-driven philosophy: focusing on iconic dishes executed with technique, authenticity, and deep cultural roots in Italian tradition.
Rosselli interprets Italian cuisine as a universal language capable of connecting cultures through the shared experience of dining and the timeless value of hospitality.
