Jonathan Fox
Jonathan Fox, President and Founder of 3Sixty Dining Intelligence and Firecakes Craft Donuts, is a celebrated restaurateur with over 35 years of experience in concept development, operations, and hospitality marketing.
A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Fox trained under Jean Banchet and went on to helm kitchens such as Printer’s Row and the historic Pump Room before joining Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, where he became a founding partner of Maggiano’s Little Italy and Corner Bakery Café, helping grow them into national household names.
In 2007, he launched La Madia, a Wine Spectator-awarded restaurant in Chicago, followed by Firecakes Craft Donuts, which has expanded to multiple locations and garnered national acclaim from Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and Travel + Leisure.
Most recently, Fox partnered with acclaimed chefs on Kasumi, Boca Raton’s destination for elevated Japanese dining, further showcasing his passion for culinary innovation, hospitality excellence, and building brands that endure.
