A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Ivan got his start at Loews Miami Beach, training under Chef Frédéric Delaire. From luxury hotels to trendsetting restaurants, Chef Ivan is known for turning fresh ingredients into unforgettable experiences.
