Manuel Garcia
Manuel Garcia started his culinary studies at 17. His first steps took place in Venezuela under the mentorship of the well-known Chef Marc Provost, a member of the Culinary Academy of France at the Le Petit Bistrot de Jacques.
He began his culinary journey by traveling to Europe to expand his knowledge, working in top Michelin Star restaurants like L’esperance and La Cote Saint-Jacques in France. Then, in Mostassa at Hotel Le Meriden located in Spain.
He followed his studies at the well-known pastry school “Ecole Bellouet Conseil.”
By the time he acquired enough experience, he had traveled to the United States, where he had worked under the leadership of the famous French David Bouley. Then, moving on, he started at Casa Tua for 12 years.
In 2017, Chef Manuel Garcia received an offer to become Chef de Cuisine at the Italian Restaurant Zucca Miami where he still prepares exquisite and authentic Italian delicacies.
