Trained in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens —including Bakan and Casa Tua Miami— Chef Arenas has perfected his craft by blending traditional techniques with cutting-edge culinary trends. His mastery of Asian, Mexican, and Mediterranean gastronomy, along with his expertise in the art of carving, allows him to create dishes that transcend borders and celebrate cultural diversity through flavor.
His culinary philosophy is rooted in the belief that cooking is a form of art and expression, where each dish reflects passion, creativity, and respect for ingredients. At Mayami Wynwood, Chef Arenas elevates the dining experience with creations that surprise the palate and captivate the senses, such as the Kobe Meatballs with Granna Padano fondue, the Panela Salmon with Cured Rose Salmon, soy-ginger sauce, green rice, and mixed vegetables, or the Slow-Cooked Wagyu Short Rib Rigatoni with burrata and slowly braised short ribs.
