Tacos Sonora 305 is a food truck that started operating November of 2021 with Ivonne Padres and Hector Valles, the main difference from any other Taco Truck or even taco shop here in Miami is that we are offering the true and unique experience of eating tacos from the state of Sonora, Mexico. We use the flour tortilla and at the same time we are shipping the tortillas straight from Sonora to give everyone the true taste of a flour tortilla from Sonora. Also, the use of the proper cuts of meat is something important and the use of spices like the chiltepin that is only grown in northern Mexico. We want to offer Miami the original experience of eating tacos in Sonora and when using the proper ingredients, we want to make sure that the balance of salt, fat, acid and heat will make everyone rethink the scary idea of eating spicy Mexican food.
