An eager, professional and committed Chef who has a creative flair, and is passionate about all types of food. Self-motivated and determined to learn new culinary skills. I was firstly enthused of becoming a high school running athlete while attending school in the Bahamas, but my Grandmother had a greater influence on me with her cooking skills and I therefore chose the most amazing profession in the world and developed a passion for cooking. I have further honed skills in the art of ice sculpturing and food carving of fruits and vegetables, which are wonderful conversation pieces that my event patrons talk about long after the event end. I look forward to offering a truly unique experience with “A Taste of Elegance” to create lasting memories.
