Pamela Wasabi is a food artist, creative director, and author who has spent the past decade pioneering the evolution of artisanal vegan and gluten-free cuisine. Her company operates mainly as a wholesale bakery, supplying local coffee shops, franchises, high-end catering companies, Michelin-recommended restaurants, four-star hotels, and luxury spas — with plans to expand nationwide.
Her desserts are crafted to honor balance and beauty, made with nutrient-rich ingredients that come straight from Mother Nature.
Pamela’s philosophy was born from a deeply personal transformation. During pregnancy, she faced a chronic condition that led her to embrace food as medicine and reimagine how we nourish ourselves. Her studies in the psychology of eating, integrative nutrition, and plant-based artistry shaped her approach to food — one that celebrates the body, respects the planet, and works in harmony with Nature.
She is the author of four books exploring poetry, transformation, the relationship between food and the self, and women’s empowerment through radical responsibility. Pamela is currently writing her fifth book, which deepens her exploration of women’s power, courage, and awakening.
