Canadian Chef Riley Cartier took a leap at the young age of 21 that would change everything—becoming a Head Chef for Earls Restaurants and moving his life to Calgary. When he returned home to Edmonton, it wasn’t as the same young cook who had once worked the line. It was as a leader—ready to give back to the very place that had shaped his foundation. Taking on the role of Regional Chef, marked more than just career milestones.
