S. Joseph Catering

I am a culinary expert with over 20 years of experience in the food industry. My passion for food began when I started cooking and tasting different dishes from various cuisines. I have worked in all different settings in the industry, including restaurants, hotels, school dining, and private catering. These settings have given me different perspectives of the industry and fortified my experiences as cook, sous chef, and chef. I am the owner of S. Joseph Catering, which is based mostly in South Florida and offers services in different parts of the globe. I am also the head chef for Lakay Nutrition based out of Massachusetts. I have had the opportunity to represent my country at the Milan Expo in 2015 and have cooked for ambassadors, basketball players, singers, and more. I am looking forward to the SOBEWFF experience in February, where I can showcase my culinary skills and passion for food.
