In 2012, she founded Peacock’s Pantry Boutique Catering, specializing in luxury farm-to-table catering events. She has catered many prestigious events, including Super Bowl Miami, and cooks alongside her husband Bill, a New York restaurateur, to deliver exceptional cuisine and elevated, unforgettable experiences.
