Chef Alberto Esteban brings more than 30 years of international culinary excellence to Arcano, with a career deeply rooted in Spanish and Mediterranean gastronomy. Trained in Barcelona at the prestigious Escuela de Hostelería Hoffman, Chef Alberto built his foundation in some of Spain’s most respected kitchens, including El Bulli, where he served as Chef de Partie in the fish station during its formative years.
His extensive career spans high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, private estates, and yachts across Spain, Europe, and the United States. Known for his mastery of seafood, modern techniques such as cocina al vacío, and refined yet soulful flavors, Chef Alberto has held leadership roles as Executive Chef and Head Chef in acclaimed restaurants in Barcelona and Miami.
