Currently, Guillermo leads the creative and operational vision of Baku Asian Fusion Bar as
Executive Chef. In this role, he leverages two decades of expertise to turn the dining table into
a laboratory of sensations—a place where Venezuelan heritage, Asian technique, and the
science of the senses converge to push the boundaries of conventional gastronomy in Miami.
