Lawrence Longo is a food entrepreneur and culinary innovator behind some of the most cult-favorite restaurant brands and experiential food platforms in North America. He is the CEO and owner of Prince St. Pizza, Irv’s Burgers, and the Sunset Strip’s Bar Next Door, along with concepts including Sparky’s Sports Bar and upcoming ice creamery Hall Pass.
Lawrence is also the Founder of Off The Menu, the viral experiential food platform behind celebrity-hosted Showdown Series events, buzzworthy pop-ups, and national festivals such as Tenderfest and Wingfest. Known for redefining how consumers connect with food, his work blends classic culinary concepts with forward-thinking innovation through exclusive drops, hidden menus, and culture-driven collaborations. Past partnerships include iconic names such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Travis Scott, and Hot Cheetos, as well as headline-grabbing moments like bringing Katz’s Delicatessen to Los Angeles for the first time.
In addition to his owned concepts, Lawrence has invested in several standout food brands, including Tacos 1986, Burgers Never Say Die, Gone Bananas, Zab’s Hot Sauce, and Real Fine Foods—helping emerging concepts scale, generate billions of media impressions, and expand into new markets across the U.S. and Canada.
Originally from Canada, Lawrence moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment before discovering a passion for hospitality that would spark a rapidly growing restaurant empire. He has since opened more than a dozen locations across California, Las Vegas, and Toronto, most notably reviving Irv’s Burgers and expanding it into a thriving multi-location brand. Today, Lawrence lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Astrid, and their three children, continuing to build food-forward experiences that merge creativity, community, and unforgettable flavor.
