Tony Perrotta
Tony Perrotta, better known as “Tony Waffles,” has called South Florida his home since his 9th grade year of high school. He was inspired by his mother to begin creating his own spin on a family classic. “Tony Waffles” started creating his own unique flair of homemade waffles around 12 years old, and he has accomplished his dream of owning his own food truck and satisfying the salivating taste buds of those who pass by. He has been lucky enough to provide his delicious treats at events varying from your local music festivals, like Ultra, backyard birthday parties, corporate events, and even the favorite local brewery. Every time Tony steps into his food truck, he has visions of a “Waffle Empire” where everybody enjoys a taste of his classic, delicious waffles mixed with a little bit of his own flair.
